Apartment in Cabo Cervera between La Mata and Torrevieja,
The apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment
block overlooking beautifully landscaped communal
gardens and large swimming pool with a small paddling
pool for children and tennis court.

The Apartment block is situated along the sea front.
There is also a sun terrace with stunning views over the
sea. Guests are also able to use the roof solarium but this
is communal. The Master bedroom has one double bed,
built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, which opens up
onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has twin beds. All linen is provided.
In the dining / lounge area there are 2 sofas. There is
a television with satellite channels. The lounge also has
a sliding door which opens onto the balcony. The kitchen
is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing
board, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster
and kettle. All utensils, crockery and cutlery are available.


Close within a few minute walk, you will find a
Large Supermarket, Restaurants you can find every type
of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English
and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand
for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering
nightly entertainment. A popular local market is
held on Wednesdays (at La Mata) and on Friday
(in the town centre)

A bus service which is called A Service running every
15 minutes into Torrevieja or La Mata or alternatively within
15 minutes stroll of the house, which is great for all
those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
In Torrevieja a good street market is also held every evening
on the promenade, alongside a fairground next to the marina.
