(Punta Prima) with two other beaches just a little further
away at Playa Flamenca.

supermarket (approx 100 mtrs away), bars, restaurants,
cafes, shops, bank, etc, all within walking distance.
You can enjoy a drink by the sea at the shoreside Nautilus
bar at the Punta Prima coast (straight down from the
Punta Prima roundabout). There is an Indian restaurant
and two Chinese restaurants all close to the
Punta Prima roundabout.

Or walk a little further, up to the Flamenca Beach
commercial centre, to find many more bars and restaurants
 including Thai, English and Italian. For those who enjoy a
round of golf in the sun, there are three golf courses within
10 minutes drive - check the location maps to see just
how close they are: Campoamor, Las Ramblas
and Villamartin.

For a great family day out you can visit the Terramitica
theme park, on the outskirts of Benedorm just an hour's
drive to the North.

The property is situated in a very good area for exploring
both Torrevieja and Orihuela Costs Areas. Easy Access
for Alicante Airport 50 Minutes and Murcia Airport 20 Minutes.

Within Easy reach of the local Saturday Market, and also
the local pick up point for free trips offered throughout
the Costa Blanca with a trip to a different place
offered every day.
