This 2 Bedroom House is situated close to the communal
pool which can be seen from the house.

The house benefits from a pre installed hot and cold
air conditioning system with vents in all rooms. Full English

The area has great access to many things Orihuela Costa
and Torrevieja have to offer.You are a short walk to
three supermarkets; Mercadona (2 min walk), Consum
and MaxCoop. There are lots of bars and restaurants
within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3
with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well
as a Chinese and Indian restaurant a Quicksave
supermarket and the Post Room which offers internet access.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima,
which has Chinese,Indian, English, Japanese and
Italian restaurants and there is a very nice  Spanish
restaurant Patio Andaluz.

La Florida is also a short walk away offering
another Complex for entertainment. Punta Prima beach
would be about a 15 minute walk.

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive.
There are 3 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin,
Real Club Campoamor.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive
of the apartment Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca,
La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.


The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive.
The area also has a water park at orrevieja (Aquopolis),
Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park, there is
Quad Biking, horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only)
at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa
Flamenca,all within a 10 minute drive.
