complex, ideal for Kids ...
shared pool in landscaped gardens. The beautiful golden
beach of La Zenia is under 10 minutes drive away.
3 golf courses close by and the first is only 5 minutes
walk away! Villamartin plaza is 10-15 minutes walk away
with 30 bars/restaurants & supermarket. Torrevieja
15-20 minutes away with its seafront cafe's,
restaurants, nightclubs, extensive shopping, harbour
etc. Water parks in Torrevieja (15mins) , Benidorm
(A Little over An Hour) , also Terra Mittica Theme Park .

Each group of apartments has its own pool, but residents
may use any one of the Lomas pools should they so
desire; they are well maintained and suitable for
serious swimming as well as playing or just cooling off.
For the more active, tennis may be played at the
Villamartin Golf Club just down the road; horse riding and
cycle hire are also available.
