car or a short walk to the Villamartin plaza.
The villamartin plaza is well liked on the Costa Blanca by the
tourists as it has 3 levels of bars, restaurants, and several
shops, banks, and many more.
The house is also only 5 minutes from the Villamartin Golf
course, and close to several others as well. The property is
superbly decorated throughout and has a feel of quality
workmanship. It has a nice and well equipped Kitchen area,
lounge area with Sky TV, and 2 bedrooms. There are 2
bathrooms in the property and you also have the added use
of the large sun solarium.
Local areas include Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo
Roig and are again just a short drive away and these areas
have some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
Torrovieja town is only 20 minutes drive away and again many
shops and restaurants can be found there making sure you
have a great time shopping. Kids, make sure you visit the
Submarine in the Harbour and ask dad to let you go on a
tour for free, courtesy of the Spanish authorities.
