apartment has the use of a spectacular Communal pool
which has a selection of Palm trees and shrubs. You also
have a large balcony with table and chairs and sun canopy.
A
nice surprise with this apartment is that you also have a
Solarium with spectacular views, ideal for private sun
bathing.
Local attractions include just a 5 minute drive away the
Habaneras shopping centre, the Torrevieja Aqua Park, great
fun
for both young and old alike, and a fifteen minute drive
you
have the Mud baths in San Pedro which is a traditional
Spanish village.
The old fishing town of Torrevieja is a short drive away,
packed
with many things to do, and plenty of shops to choose from.
Within a ten minute drive you also have many other great
beaches to choose from, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, to name a
few.
On a Saturday you also have the best Market in
the area at
Playa Flamenca all within walking distance form the
apartment, and again many bars, restaurants, and shops to
choose from. Just 5 minutes walk away from the apartment
you
have a large Super Market and about 20 or so bars, cafe's
and
restaurants. For those who like Golf, there is about 3
top
Golf courses within a 10 minute drive away.

on arrival.
