The local beaches of Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia

beaches in the area are only a 10 minute drive away by car
or a quick drive by the local taxi.

Close by you have easy access to several top Golf courses.

The property has 2 Bedrooms, one double and one twin and
can sleep 4 in total. All bed linen is supplied for guests.
English TV is also available for those who don't want to miss
the soaps, and the property also has a nice landscaped
Communal pool for use.

As you can see from the picture the lounge area is nicely
presented, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.
The property also has 2 toilets and a south facing patio area,
and south facing balcony, with superb panoramic views.

Local villages within 10 minutes drive away include La Zenia,
Playa Flamenca which has one of the largest and best
Saturday markets in the area, Punta Prima, and Cabo Roig.
All these areas again have numerous shops, bars, cafe's and
restaurants.

Local activities include the Torrevieja Aqua Park, which is
great fun for both young and old alike, Go Carting, and Golf.
Just 15 minutes away by car you also have the large
Habaneras shopping centre packed full with designer outlets
like Zara, H and M, C and A to name a few.

The town of Torrevieja is again a short 15 minute drive away
and has many shops to choose from, great bars and
restaurants, and some great beaches for sunbathing and
chilling out. Kids, make sure you pop down to the harbour and
visit the old Submarine and Coast Guard Boat.

Torrevieja also has some great boat trips available through
out the year with times and dates located in the harbour.
