A well presented two bedroom town house located in the
beautiful village of Playa Flamenca, which is a sort after
location for holiday makers, and the ex -pats that live here.

The house is only a short walk to the Playa Flamenca beach
which has been awarded the "Blue Flag" status for being
clean. Beaches close by also include La Zenia, Punta Prima,
and Cabo Roig. Cabo Roig is very active in the summer months and is comes to life in the evening with many bars,
shops and restaurants to choose from.

The ground floor consists of the lounge are with table and chairs, TV, and a down stairs bathroom. The kitchen is fully
fitted with washing machine, fridge, and cutlery.
The property has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The master
bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a
small bunk bed that can sleep two people.

A twenty minute walk away you have a large Commercial
centre packed full with more bars and restraints, and just 10
minutes away again more of the same in La Florida.

Further down from Playa Flamenca you have the Go Carting ring, the Aqua Park, and the Habaneras shopping Centre, with
designer hops such as Zara, C&A, H&M, Mango, and many
others.

Torrovieja town is only 20 minutes drive away and again many
shops and restaurants can be found there making sure you
have a great time shopping. Kids, make sure you visit the
Submarine in the Harbour and ask dad to let you go on a
tour for free, courtesy of the Spanish authorities.
