This is a well
presented 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom House
located in Playa Flamenca, one of Costa Blanca's up and
coming areas. The house has a large lounge area with an
American style Kitchen area.
The lounge leads onto a private patio area ideal for sun
bathing, and over looks the landscaped communal pool as
seen in the picture below.
On the ground floor you have a sofa bed that can sleep two,
and for those who like the soaps the property comes with
Sky TV. On the ground floor you also have a Bathroom with
a toilet and a wash basin.
Leading up the marble staircase to the first floor you have 2
bedrooms, the master having a large double bed, which
leads to the balcony through the Patio doors.
Next to the master you have the other bedroom with twin
beds, and also a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
This property is located in a safe and secure gated complex
and is a short one minute walk to several shops, bars,
restaurants, and another well established pool and food area
that is very popular in the summer months.
The beach in Playa Flamenca area are some of the best
beaches in the area and have all won Green Flag awards.
A twenty minute walk away you have a large Commercial
centre packed full with more bars and restraints, and just 10
minutes away again more of the same in La Florida.
Further down from Playa Flamenca you have the Go Carting ring,
the Aqua Park, and the Habaneras shopping Centre, with
designer hops such as Zara, C&A, H&M, Mango, and many
others.
Torrovieja town is only 20 minutes drive away and again many
shops and restaurants can be found there making sure you
have a great time shopping. Kids, make sure you visit the
Submarine in the Harbour and ask dad to let you go on a
tour for free, courtesy of the Spanish authorities.
