This is a new 2
bedroom apartment located in a traditional
Spanish village just a 15 minute drive from the thriving
town of Guardamar, which has plenty of shops, restaurants
and some spectacular beaches.
This fully fitted 2nd floor apartment also has the benefit of
air conditioning for those hot days, and has 2 bedrooms,
one double and one twin.
The lounge has an American style kitchen area and a
separate laundry room. The apartment has a South facing
balcony idea for those romantic meals, and if you decide
to have an evening in you have English TV, however the tenant
would need to pay for the monthly subscriptions..
There is a good size communal pool and the apartment is
part of a very private and secure complex with gated
access.
You also have a roof Solarium for sunbathing, and a secure
underground parking area. There are several bars, cafe's,
and restaurants locally, and you are just a short drive from
the La Finca Golf course.
Algorfa is another of the Vega Baja villages located in rich
and bountiful countryside on the banks of the Segura river
in the Southern Costa Blanca region. It has a mountainous
backdrop but still enjoys panoramic views of the
Mediterranean sea. Algorfa has a marvellous climate with
over 300 days of sunshine each year, an average
temperature of around 19 degrees centigrade and very
little rainfall - the Segura valley having the least rainfall
in
the whole of Spain.
The economy of the village depends mostly on citrus
farming - primarily oranges and lemons, the trees of
which stretch for miles around, lining every road. Algorfa
is a typical Spanish village full of tradition and culture.
It is a small village having a population of around 1,800.
