were you also have supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, very
popular with tourists during the summer months.

Other areas of interest are Punta Prima that is shortly to have
a marina built and has a nice beach area. Playa Flamenca
has several Blue Flag awarded beaches with several cafes
located close by.

You are also a stone throw from Torrevieja town, packed with
shops to die for, bars, restaurants, and the daily street market
by the harbour. In the harbour you have the opportunity to visit
the Submarine and have a free tour inside the submarine,
compliments from the Spanish government.

Playa Flemancaa also has 2 very popular Commercial Canters
with all types of meals available, from English, Chinese, Tai,
Argentinean, Mexican etc..

Torrevieja also has a Aqua Park great fun for all the family,
and close by you have a Go Carting area ideal for both young
and old alike.

The house has 3 large Bedrooms, 2 with double beds, and 1
with twin beds. You have 3 Bathrooms, 1 ensuite to the master
bedroom, a family bathroom with twin basins, shower, and
jacuzzi bath. Downstairs there is a shower and toilet.

The lounge has a dinning area and is nicely decorated
throughout. Off the master bedroom you have a Solarium
ideal for sunbathing. You also have 2 Balconies and a patio
area at the front with a selection of table and chairs.
To the back of the property you have a rear court yard with
washing line. Paying guests have the use of the Communal
pool. The property is part of a private complex and is fully gated for security.
