This is a 1st floor 2 Bedroom Apartment in Los Filipinas, just
outside of Villamartin. With terrific views of the large
communal pool and also views of the sea in the background this
apartment would make the ideal holiday home.
Nicely decorated throughout the Apartment, the lounge is
of a good size and has a lounge balcony with table and
chairs
This apartment also has a roof Solarium, with several sun
lounge's and is private ideal for private sunbathing and
relaxing.
Los Filipinas is located just a short walk from Villamartin,
where you will find the famous Villamartin Plaza.
The plaza has a fine selection of Bars, Restaurants, and shops
and is very popular with both the locals and tourists alike.
If you do want to step up the pace a bit then the good news
is that you are close to plenty of great things to do.
There is a fantastic choice of blue-flag beaches, the
closest being La Zenia which is around a 6-minute drive.
There are three superb golf courses within a 5-minute drive
the closest is Villamartin which is a few minutes walk,
and choice of tennis courts, aqua parks, go-karts,
walks, cycling, bowling and several historic towns, which
are well worth a visit.
A short drive away will take you to the old fishing town of
Torrevieja. Packed with things to do for all the family, and
many shops to visit also. From Los Filapinas you are only
15 minutes away from Torrevieja Aqua Park great fun for
both young and old alike, and close by to the Aqua Park
you have the Habaneras shopping center with names like
Zara, C & A, and many other top designer names to choose
from.
