Almoradi is a small town, away from the main tourist resorts, so is especially good if you are looking for an authentic Spanish experience but still wish to be close to
the beautiful beaches of Guadamar.  There is a lovely square, flanked by an old church, which is the focus of the town.
You can also sit and have a cold beer or glass
of wine and watch the world go by, as there are bars that
open out onto the square.  Every Saturday, this area
becomes the market place, with numerous stalls, selling everything from fresh produce to clothes and shoes.  
Almoradi has a number of festivals during the year,
which are well worth catching. There are also plenty of
tapas bars and restaurants that cater for every taste. 
There are also major shopping areas within a short
drive - Torrevieja, Elche and Alicante, where you can
shop to your heart's content and visits to nearby villages
such as Rojales, Benijofar are worthwhile.  You can also visit the city of Murcia (30 minutes away) and visit the impressive cathedral or catch a bull fight.

Almoradi is just off the AP7 motorway, so access to airports
at both Alicante and Murcia/San Javier is very easy.
The golf course at La Finca is just 10 minutes away and
there are 6 other golf courses within a 30 min drive from the house.

The property has a large through lounge with Satellite
TV, DVD player and seating for 5. There is a dining area and
a fully fitted kitchen with all equipment supplied.
There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, two
full size bathrooms with showers over the baths and
a very large sun terrace. There is a super communal
swimming pool and the property is air conditioned and
finished to a very high standard including full security grills.
