cold air conditioning, fan & radiator. The Twin bedroom has a  radiator, satellite TV &  fan. Linen and towels are provided
throughout your stay.

The Kitchen is Superbly equipped Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob & fridge/freezer and a Hair
dryer and iron.

The areas

The Mar Menor has all the usual facilities of a traditional Spanish coastal resort including shops selling local produce, bakeries, a good supermarket, shopping mall and many superb bars and restaurants.
The local Saturday market is just 10 minutes walk from the Villa. Here you can buy everything from fresh local produce to clothes, pottery and bedding.

Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. A new golf course has just opened in the town and there are three excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby. Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamar
are only 15 minutes drive away and are reasonably priced.
The renowned La Manga golf course is less than half an hour’s drive away but far more expensive.

If you can tear yourself away from the pool the clean sandy beach of Los Narejos is only 5 –10 minutes gentle stroll away. Ideal for swimming because of its calm, warm, crystal clear waters. A paradise also for sailing, canoeing or paddle boating. The sea is landlocked forming Europe’s largest lagoon with shallow, warm waters. Since the climate is so warm many spend the winter  months in Los Alcazares to avoid the British winter!
