This is a modern 2
Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house located in
a very popular area of the Costa Blanca.
Playa Flamenca is a picturess village that has a lot to offer.
The local market is known to be one of the best in the area
and is open every Saturday from about 9am till 2pm.
You will find that the area is surrounded by many Bars, cafes,
shops and restaurants, so finding some where for a meal is
never going to be a problem. Playa Flamenca has also three
commercial centres packed with a variety of restaurants from
many countries, e.g.. Spanish, English, Chinese, Mexican,
German, Tai, and many more.
Local attractions include the Go Kart area, great for kids,
the water Aqua Park neat Torrevieja town, and of course
Torrevieja town itself packed with things to do for all the
family.
From the house you have a small bar just a short
distance from you that sells tapas and is very popular with
the locals and Spanish alike.
Five minutes away you have 2 areas one called Los Chimosas
and the other is La Florida, again several restaurants and
supermarkets so there is no need to travel far to do shopping
or to eat out.
The house is extremely well presented and the owners have
decorated the house to a high standard.
Down stairs you have the lounge area with TV, Kitchen, and
a down stairs bedroom and toilet.
A marble stairway leads to the next floor that has a master
bedroom with double bed and a patio door that leads on to
a long balcony area.
You also have another bedroom with twin beds and again a
smaller balcony area. There is a large bathroom with bath and
overhead shower.
The house is fully alarmed and has security bars throughout.
You have a very large and fully landscaped communal pool
that you can use with a variety of Palm trees, Banana trees,
and shrubs. |
