the best complex in the area. This apartment comes with a
large landscaped communal pools and one of the biggest.

The apartment has 2 Bathrooms, large terrace leading from
the lounge area, and a sofa bed. Sky TV is also available.

Within the grounds of the complex you have a relaxation
area where you can sit and admire the views of the fully
landscaped gardens.
Just 5 minutes walk away you also have a section of pubs,
Restaurants, and even a English supermarket. A short 5
minute walk away you have the local market that is open
on a Saturday morning until about 2pm

Just a short walk away you also have the Playa Flamenca
commercial centre, full of many bars, restaurants, and shops.
A ten minute walk away takes you to a popular area with
tourists, La Florida. La Florida also has several amenities, and
recommended places to visit is the Willow Abbey, a Irish bar
that has a terrific landscaped area behind the bar that serves
very nice meals.

A place called Emerald Isle is also worth a visit, as it has
many things to do through the day and evenings. It also
serves nice meals, has a large pool, and has live music
most evenings.

The local beach is about 20 -25 minutes walk away, and most
beaches on the Costa Blanca area have the Blue flag status
for being clean and well maintained.

The old fishing town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away,
and don't forget the Habaneras shopping centre and the
Aqua Park for loads of fun for both young and old alike.
If I could rate this apartment and complex I would give it a
definite 10 out of 10 rating.
