The property offers one double bedroom with double bed
and patio doors opening up to look out on the communal area with outstanding character and beauty including Jacuzzi.

The second bedroom offers two single beds with window
again looking out to the communal area. The lounge has two sofas one of which is a sofa bed allowing space for 6 people
to share the accommodation, patio doors lead out to a nice size terrace area looking onto the communal area, this
terrace has patio furniture allowing outdoor dining.

The kitchen offers water purifier for drinking water, washing machine oven hob and microwave. There is one full size
family bathroom with over bath shower. The property has a large size roof solarium where you have fantastic views of the med sea and La Manga strip. On the roof you have the use of BBQ and sun loungers. For those who wish to eat out there are a few bars and eateries within five minutes walking distance you will also find Aldi supermarket in the vicinity.

Beaches are not within walking distance but within five
minutes drive or use of a taxi you will find the fantastic golden beach of Campoamor where you can enjoy a drink at the beach bars, enjoy the sun and the warm shallow waters,
For the more active there are three major golf courses within five to ten minutes of the property. There are also activities such as scuba diving fishing and aqua parks Benidorm is one hours drive. This is a perfect holiday for all.
