The local area is Playa Flamenca just south of Torrevieja, There are a number of beaches within easy reach either walking along the coast or by bus which is two minutes away. You can use the local busses to go further such as the mud baths of the mar Menor or into San Pedro Cartagena or Torrevieja where there are main bus station to give you a
wider choice of areas to visit. There is also a local taxi company who speak good English. The apartment will be equipped with maps and bus timetables for your use plus money off vouchers for some places of interest
