Description
This very
attractive house is light and airy inside. It is in the
centre of this lovely village, very close to supermarkets
and the bakers for fresh bread every morning. There are also
bars, banks and restaurants near to the property. the house
is on three floors with a large kitchen/diner on the ground
floor, fully equipped with everything you need for 4 guests.
On the ground floor there is also a small outside patio with
BBQ and a WC/cloakroom. On the next floor there is a double
room and a twin bedded room and there is also a full size
bathroom with bath and shower over. A spacious high beamed
ceiling sitting room is on the top floor, which also opens
onto the top terrace with beautiful views of the Sierra
Nevada. This village is on the famous GR7 route for walking
the Alpujarras. A book of information and maps is provided
in the house. Please note this is a no smoking house. Car
hire is recommended to make the most
of the area although not essential.

Notes
The village of
Niguelas is situated 5 minutes from the new Granada-Motril
autovia and is about 15 minutes from the Moorish built
city of Granada and about 25 minutes from the coast
where you can find great beaches. It is very easy to
find your way around, we do recommend car hire (contact
us for prices). A bus service is available from Niguelas
into Granada, takes about an hour but saves you parking
in the city. You will always find people very friendly
and helpful and it is a very safe place to visit. |
